The workshop highlighted role of local council's members, their authorities, their duties, challenges facing them during performing their duties, and skills needed to promote their skills. The workshop had many training techniques such work groups concerning role of local councils' committees, recommendations to enhance their work. The workshop recommended the following points:

• Local council's members should devote themselves to do their work effectively.
• Proposing a law which local council's members can regard the new fiscal year.
• Conducting training workshops on how to be nominated to local councils' elections.
